The Ministry of Civil Service and its units organize an event on the anniversary of the martyr of the Qur’an Tuesday, 24 Rajab 1447 AH corresponding to January 13, 2026 at 16:03:50 Sanaa - Sheba: Today, the Ministry of Civil Service and Administrative Development and its units represented by the Insurance and Pensions Authority, the Social Insurance Corporation, and the Institute of Administrative Sciences organized a speech event on the anniversary of the martyr of the Qur’an. At the event, the Minister of Civil Service, Dr. Khaled Al-Hawali, pointed out the importance of commemorating this anniversary in order to stand before the biography of the martyr leader and his great injustice, and to recall the project for which he was martyred, and the path he drew with his blood, thought, and insight. He explained that the project founded by the martyr leader is based on being guided by the Holy Qur’an and acculturating in the Qur’anic culture, which has yielded pride and dignity, confronting enemies, confronting the Zionist-American project, and building a strong and generous nation. The witness is what is evident today in the honorable positions of the Yemeni people and their wise leadership in supporting the Palestinian people and supporting the oppressed. He pointed out that the martyr leader was not just a religious figure, but rather was a state of awareness that understood the nature of the conflict at a time when silence, humiliation, and subservience prevailed. He presented, through his comprehensive Qur’anic project for all areas of life, an integrated vision of the nation’s problems and the appropriate solution to them through returning to the Holy Qur’an in word, deed, and consolation. Dr. Al-Hawali stressed that this stage requires rallying around the leadership, adhering to the Qur’anic project, following the same approach taken by the martyr leader and the righteous martyrs, and embodying his project of linking faith with responsibility, and confronting projects of hegemony and arrogance. At the event, which was attended by the heads of the Insurance and Pensions Authority, Ibrahim Al-Haifi, the Social Insurance Corporation, Sharaf Al-Din Al-Kahlani, and the advisor to the Ministry of Civil Service, Abdullah Al-Muayyad, the Dean of the National Institute of Administrative Sciences, Dr. Muhammad Dhaifallah Al-Qatabri, pointed out that the martyr leader was an exceptional man who appeared in a difficult stage and followed the Qur’anic path with a method that he derived from a foundation and source that does not change or change, which is the Holy Qur’an. He stressed that this project represented the key to the nation's survival and the source of its strength and pride. Dr. Al-Qatabri considered commemorating this anniversary a revival of the values of courage, effort, giving and sacrifice that the martyr leader embodied in his career and his confrontation with the tyrants of the era. Stressing that this anniversary is not complete except by making the Qur’anic project a daily practice in behavior and awareness, sharpening determination, deepening the connection with God, and awakening responsibility. While the Undersecretary of the Zakat Authority for the Awareness and Rehabilitation Sector, Ahmed Majli, considered the anniversary of the martyr of the Qur’an a station for drawing inspiration and lessons from the life of the martyr, the leader, who sensed the seriousness of the situation and moved to bring about a change in the reality that the nation is experiencing, of weakness, decline, and loyalty to the arrogant states of America and Israel, by returning to the Holy Qur’an. He stressed that the project launched by the martyr leader contributed to returning the nation to its correct path, combating the forces of tyranny, confronting their conspiracies, and thwarting their plans... indicating that this project is realistic and comprehensive for all aspects of life, provides awareness and insight to people, enhances their confidence in God, and builds a strong, effective, and internally fortified nation. He pointed out that the martyr leader was able, through his Qur’anic project, to bring about a profound transformation in societal awareness and to cultivate a culture of pride, dignity, and refusal to submit to tyranny and arrogance... considering the steadfastness and steadfastness that the nation is experiencing today as one of the fruits of a sincere return to the Qur’an. The event, which was attended by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Civil Service for the Monitoring and Evaluation Sector, Al-Ezzi Al-Hatami, the Technical Undersecretary of the Authority, Arif Al-Awadi, and the Deputy Chairman of the Insurance and Pensions Authority, Abdul Salam Al-Kahlani, included a poem by the poet Moaz Al-Junaid, a chant by the Ansar Allah band, and honoring the family of the martyr leader with the Ministry’s shield.
